It is also why our teams are small. Small teams ship more.
A rapid proof of concept is measured in weeks, not quarters — something you can click, put in front of people, and be wrong about early enough for it to be cheap.
What follows depends on what the proof of concept teaches us, which is rather the point of building one first.
